Waren mit einer Radgruppe eine Nacht Vorort. Stoffliges Personal gepaart mit schlechtem Essen. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Lage zentral, aber laut. Fahrradkeller in Garage sehr sicher. Schlauch zum Abspritzen verfügbar. Nie wieder.

My elderly mother stayed. She had a great time with clean and comfortable rooms. Abundant and well cooked food. Helpful reception staff, exceptional waiters Fadill and Jiuly. Recommended for a nice stay.

Near the ******’ in Arco in the center, equipped with a covered garage, the staff at the reception is very kind, both the common areas and the rooms are very clean, my disappointment goes to the noises that can be heard from outside in the rooms, more soundproof windows would be needed, the breakfasts are average even if there was no soy milk and there is not much choice, quality/price average.

We stayed at the Olivo Hotel at the end of January, as a couple with our dog (Golden Retriever). They were very kind and helpful, we were able to bring the dog with us during meals because we had asked if there was the possibility and if there are no problems with other dogs there is a dedicated room that can be used. Everyone was very kind and polite, as there were few customers during midweek they were also kind enough to give us a larger room than the one booked. The kitchen offers a choice between 3 dishes for each course (we had half board) the quality is good, the service excellent (the waiter who served us was excellent). The place was clean and well kept. We expected that the spa part would be included while there is a surcharge to pay.

Decent accommodation near the center of Arco. Parking. Good dinner and breakfast. The room was clean but with ruined carpet and bathroom with broken door. Maintenance work would be necessary. The price is good you can't expect too much.
